Faktor Penyebab Stres Kerja Pustakawan pada Perpustakaan Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors of work stress on librarians. The result of this research indicated the factor of works stress on librarians in USU Library is inexpediency between the main salary and the outside salary subsidy with job. Until occasionally make physical fatigue, and saturated feeling as well as society appreciation about librarian profession.
