HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA, STRATEGI, DAN KINERJA: PENDEKATAN KONSEP

Abstract


Objective of this article is to describe a conceptual framework that shows the relationship of variables of leadership, culture, strategy, and performance. The article presented some theoretical concepts of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Strategic Management. Finally, some possible research objective observing the relationship of variables of leadership, culture, strategy, and performance are highly expected to develop the objective of the study.


Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia :

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan suatu kerangka kerja konseptual yang menggambarkan hubungan variabel-variabel kepemimpinan, budaya, strategi, dan kinerja. Artikel ini mempresentasikan beberapa konsep teori dari Perilaku Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, dan Manajemen Strategik. Akhirnya beberapa tujuan penelitian yang mengamati tentang hubungan variabel-variabel kepemimpinan, budaya, strategi, dan kinerja sangatlah diharapkan untuk mengembangkan tujuan penelitian.
