SIMULASI POLA TATA TANAM DAERAH IRIGASI RAKNAMO

Abstract


Daerah Irigasi Raknamo terletak di Desa Raknamo, Kecamatan Amabi Oefeto, Kabupaten Kupang. Luas potensial DI Raknamo sebesar 1323 Ha dengan luas fungsional sebesar 854 Ha. Sebagian besar mata pencaharian masyarakat di Desa Raknamo adalah bercocok tanam. Namun karena dipengaruhi kondisi iklim di mana curah hujan tahunan sebesar 960 mm/tahun, menyebabkan masyarakat di Desa Raknamo cukup sulit mendapatkan air untuk bercocok tanam. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola tata tanam yang efisien yang sesuai dengan ketersediaan air DI Raknamo saat musim hujan maupun kemarau. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data klimatologi dan data curah hujan selama 15 tahun (2002-2016) yang diperoleh dari Stasiun Klimatologi Lasiana, peta situasi, luas areal potensial, dan peta jaringan DI Raknamo. Debit andalan dihitung berdasarkan Metode F.J. Mock dan diperoleh sebesar 0,79-3,45 m³/det. Neraca air dihitung berdasarkan selisih antara debit andalan dengan kebutuhan air irigasi. Kebutuhan air irigasi untuk pola tanam padi-padi-palawija yang direkomendasikan ialah simulasi 2 dengan sebesar 0 - 2,43 m³/det. Untuk pola tanam padi-palawija-palawija yang direkomendasikan ialah simulasi 4 dengan kebutuhan air irigasi sebesar 0 - 1,80 m³/det.

The Raknamo Irrigation Area is located in Raknamo Village, Amabi Oefeto District, Kupang Regency. The potential area in Raknamo is 1323 Ha with a functional area is 854 Ha. Most of the livelihoods of the people in Raknamo Village are farming. However, due to climatic conditions where annual rainfall is 1200 mm / year, it is difficult for the community in Raknamo Village to get water for farming. Therefore this study aims to determine the efficient cropping pattern. In this study used data in the form of climatology data and rainfall data for 15 years (2002-2016) obtained from Lasiana Climatology Station, Kupang, as well as situation maps, potential area, and network maps Raknamo Irrigation Area obtained from BWS Nusa Tenggara II. The main discharge rate is calculated based on the F.J method. Mock and obtained  0.79-3.45 m³ / sec. Water balance is calculated based on the difference between the mainstay debit and irrigation water needs. The amount of irrigation water requirements for cropping pattern rice-rice-secondary crops recommended is simulation 2 with a value of irrigation water needs is 0 - 2.43 m³ / sec. Recommended cropping pattern rice-secondary crops-secondary crops is simulation 4 with irrigation water needs is 0 - 1.80 m³ / sec.
